Wanting a better look at our range of packages or would like to discuss a particular style of photography? Searching for just the right photographer is a long and difficult journey. Your wedding is all about you! We want what you want and work together with you to create something that is engaging and unique to you.
Here is a step by step guide to provide a better picture of what you can expect leading up to and after your wedding.
Initial viewing
- We will arrange to meet at our studio or at your home/convenient location at a time that suits you.
- After going through the various packages, we will discuss the type of photography you would like.
- We will suggest loose timings depending on the location and number of guests for your wedding.
- It is usual for us to ask you to prepare a list of names for significant attendees and also a list of 'must have' shots. We can then discuss the lists at our pre-wedding consultation.
- A £250.00 booking fee is payable at this time to secure the date of your wedding.
Pre-Wedding consultation
- The pre-wedding consultation usually takes place 3 weeks prior to the date of your wedding.
- Timing is key. We will go through your schedule and work with you to make sure we capture exactly what you want... when you want it.
- Points like position during the ceremony (behind/in front) and other must have shots are covered.
- The remaining balance is payable at this time.
Post Wedding
- We will upload your images to your own secure gallery. The gallery features a zoom function to inspect images closely, a slideshow to music (great if you have a large monitor) and live previews which can convert any image to black and white or sepia with just a simple click.
- On your return from honeymoon, we will present you with your preview album which contains your images from the day.
- You will choose the number of images included in your package and return the choice list to us.
- Our Elegange range customers will choose the materials for their bespoke album and matching case.
- If your package contains a studio sitting, we find many of our customers use this after the birth of their first child.
